• Is there a setup fee?

  We have waived all setup fees for the month of Jan!

• Do you offer a free trial?

  Yes, we offer a fully functional 14 day free trial, during which you can test drive RoboVoucher to see if it's right for you. You don't need a credit card to sign up; there's no obligation and no risk. Try RoboVoucher for free.

• Do you charge transaction fees?

  No! We don't penalize you for success by whacking you with a fee every time you make a voucher sale. Simply setup RoboVoucher with one of the pre-integrated payment gateways to begin selling vouchers online. * Please note your nominated payment gateway will charge a transaction fee to process a customers credit card (usually approx 3.5%).

• Which payment gateways work with RoboVoucher?

  We currently support PayPal, Stripe.com, Realex Payments, Payment Express (DPS), Swipe Checkout.
  We are continually adding new gateways.

• What is a payment gateway?

  A payment gateway is a service provider that authorizes credit card payments on your behalf. You will need to signup with a payment gateway in order to use RoboVoucher and accept credit cards.

• How long are your contracts?

  Payments are made month by month, and you can cancel at any time. If you do, we will stop billing you immediately. We're all about choice — if you don't like RoboVoucher, we won't force you to stay.

• Do you offer refunds?

  We don't offer refunds, but we do offer a fully-functional 14-day free trial which you can use to see if RoboVoucher is right for you.
